Cooperage Fine Foods is a Glasgow-based food supplier and distributor, working with restaurants, cafés, bakeries, delis, caterers and hospitality businesses across the city and surrounding areas.
But more importantly, we’re set up to be flexible. Our stock list isn’t fixed. If you need something specific, we’ll do our best to source it.
We’ve spent years working in professional kitchens, so we understand the realities of service — tight margins, last-minute changes, and the need for suppliers who actually pick up the phone.
We’ve worked service. We understand prep pressure, last-minute menu changes and the stress of unreliable deliveries. Cooperage Fine Foods was created by people who’ve been on the other side of the invoice, so we supply with real-world kitchens in mind.
We operate locally across Glasgow and the surrounding area, which means we can react fast, solve problems quickly and keep communication straightforward.
We focus on cheeses, deli meats and dried goods, but our stock list isn’t locked. If you need something specific, unusual or hard to source, we’ll do our best to find it. We work around your menu, not the other way around.
The team behind Cooperage Fine Foods are also behind Glasgow favourites Lobo and Boca — bringing years of hands-on kitchen experience into the supply side.
We work with trusted producers and partners, ensuring the products you receive meet the standards your business depends on. Reliable sourcing, proper handling and consistent quality are non-negotiable.
If you’d like to learn more, discuss your needs, or see how we could work together, we’d love to hear from you.
Tell us what you’re looking for — whether it’s cheeses, deli meats, dry goods or something specific you need sourced. We’ll get back to you quickly and see how we can help.
